Amazing! I wasn’t crazy about the small silver outlining that is still visible (nothing wrong with the vinyl or cut measurement, just personal preference). They send you plenty of extra so I went around and cut small pieces to go over the visible silver parts and they are not completely blacked out and look amazing! Def recommend getting RapidTac 2, makes it SO easy when you can slide the vinyl around until it is in the perfect spot.
Was a little tedious to apply but once we got going it got easier and faster. Highly recommend!
Worked as advertised but I took the decals off and just bought matte black trd wheels instead
Picture was taken immediately after laying the vinyl. As you can see, I did *ok*. For the price, I say this is a great solution to look good from 5-10 feet away. The instructions could be clearer to include the top edge of the outer rim (right at the bezel) is where you want to line up your vinyl. I found the adhesive to be a bit weak for my liking as it often adhere better to the masking than the metal. Happy with the result, but are not a long-term solution.
second Tacoma I’ve modified through TVD vinyl. Great product . The wheels on the 21 are much more difficult than the 2019 wheel. Install seemed impossible , until I removed the tire , lay it down it flat , and purchased the cheapest (25dollars) heat gun . I’ve never used a heat gun , and that’s the most important part ,and the ONLY way to complete this properly. The wheels were very time consuming, but it beats spending thousands on new ones, as I’m still
Paying for the ones on the truck lol. I also blacked out the Tacoma emblems, v6, and installed the tailgate lettering plus the tailgate handle. Love love love the way it looks!! Thank you TVD for making laser precision ,affordable products that the average guy can afford. I would highly recommend your products !!!
