How long have you been in business!
We have been selling Premium Cast Vinyl Decals for trucks and SUVs since 2015. We were the first to market with the 3rd gen Tacoma tailgate insert vinyl decals, which continue to be a top seller.
Do you have a phone number that I can call to place an order?
We do not take orders by phone. Providing credit card information by phone is not secure and exposes us to your information. All information provided by customers when placing orders on our website is secure and hidden from us.
Can you recommend a color to match my paint?
Yes! We have several charts on our blog that provide color recommendations for popular paint colors used on Toyota and Ford vehicles. We can also recommend colors for other makes and colors. We research many different colors to find the closest vinyl colors available. Please note that we use commercially available colors so they do not match the paint colors exactly. They are meant to complement the paint colors.

Oracal Premium Cast Vinyl Film is an industry leading vinyl made for permanent applications. It provides superior conformity and durability over the more common calendered vinyl used by most decal vendors.

Is thinner vinyl poor quality?
No. People often get the first impression of a thick vinyl being high quality and a thin vinyl being cheap. The reality is the opposite. Intermediate calendared vinyls are thicker, high performance cast vinyls are thinner. Old outdated paint protection films are also thicker than modern self healing paint protection films, but are far more durable.
What courier do you use to ship orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS.

We ship to all locations in the US and Canada.

We are located in Southern California.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are fulfilled within one business day, but this may be delayed by a day or two during periods of high demand. Orders in the US typically take 2-5 days for delivery. Orders to Canada normally take 2-3 weeks.
Do you have application videos?
Yes! We have several videos on our support page that demonstrate the application of some of our vinyl decals. We don't have videos for everything we sell, but the application process shown in the videos that we do have can be used for our other decals.
We provided detailed written application instructions for all of our decals on our support page.
Why are some vinyl decals applied wet and others dry?
We evaluate both application methods for most of our vinyl decals to determine what we feel would be the easiest method for our customers. Decals for embossed areas must be applied using the wet method. Please refer to this blog post for more information.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. However, depending on our current workload we may not take some custom orders if they are complex jobs.
What if I make a mistake applying my vinyl decals?
No worries! We realize that most customers are not experts at applying vinyl film. We provide free replacements if you have trouble applying your decals.
What is your warranty?
All of our decals have a lifetime warranty! If your decals peel, crack, shrink, fade, or even damaged in an accident, just let us know and we will send replacements.
What if I don't like the color that I purchased?
We have a color satisfaction guarantee. If, after applying your vinyl decals, you don't like the color, just let us know and we will send a replacement order in any other color of your choice.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like your decals for any reason, just let us know and we will do whatever it takes to earn your satisfaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can you make logo vinyl decals?
We are not licensed to reproduce any trademarked logos other than our own.
