Shipping policy

We strive to ship orders within one business day but fulfillment may take two to four business days during periods of high demand. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) Economy Stamped (orders under $10) and Ground Advantage Service for all domestic (US) orders and DHL Global International Service for international orders. Domestic USPS Priority Mail is available for an extra cost. Please note that selecting USPS Priority shipping does not expedite our stated handling time required to fulfill your order. Tracking numbers are provided where applicable when orders are fulfilled.

Please allow 2-10 business days for domestic delivery after your order has been fulfilled, and 1-3 days for Priority Mail. International orders normally take 7-11 days for delivery via DHL.

We can't guarantee delivery times and all posted delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS and DHL. Your delivery time may be different depending on factors that are beyond our control. Delivery estimates do not include Sundays.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit we will resend it using the same shipping method. A shipment is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for five days.

Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus any shipping costs.

The free USPS Ground Advantage shipping discount is valid on Domestic (U.S.) orders equal to or greater than $35 AFTER any discounts are applied. Free is not available for international orders.
