Shipping Policy

We strive to ship orders within one business day but fulfillment may take two business days during periods of heavy traffic. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) exclusively for all orders and ship via USPS First Class Parcel Post with tracking for all domestic orders and USPS International Mail Service for international orders. Domestic USPS Priority Mail is also available. Tracking numbers are provided for all applicable orders when they are fulfilled.

Please allow 2-5 days for domestic delivery after your order has been fulfilled. International orders normally take 2-3 weeks for delivery after the final USPS entry at the International Distribution Center in Los Angeles or Vancouver.

We can't guarantee delivery times and all posted delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS. Your delivery time may be different depending on factors  that are beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost during shipping we will resend it using the same shipping method. A shipment is considered lost if there have been no tracking updates for five days.

Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus any shipping costs.

The free domestic shipping discount is valid on all orders that total $20 or more AFTER any discounts are applied.
